Hi, I’m Mike van hise.
Mike Van Hise, CEO
I’m a seasoned sports executive with nearly two decades of leadership across professional baseball and emerging sports ventures. Over my career, I’ve guided organizations through expansion, league transitions, and revenue growth while managing multi-million-dollar budgets and building sustainable fan engagement strategies.
As Vice President and General Manager of the Boise Hawks, I oversaw significant growth — increasing attendance, partnership revenue, and total team revenue. My leadership was recognized with honors such as Pioneer Baseball League Executive of the Year and Organization of the Year, as well as community awards for business excellence.
Today, through my work at GameDay Advising, I help teams and organizations design operational strategies, drive ticket sales and partnerships, and strengthen community presence. Whether it’s launching a new brand, developing sales pipelines, or maximizing profitability, I bring a proven, solution-focused approach to every project.
